FWD Agent Assist
We have overhauled the internal Agent Assistant Platform to provide agents with enhanced support for managing various client data, including beneficiary information, e-claims, and documents. Our experienced team has improved the platform's user experience to increase its usage rate.




What we did

In Person and Online Workshop
While conducting our third workshop, we were faced with the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic. We swiftly pivoted from an in-person workshop to an online format. We are grateful for the opportunity to overcome these challenges.
UI Design Focusing on Tablet
We discovered that the target users predominantly use tablets to access this platform. As a result, we are focusing our design efforts on the tablet screen, unlike our previous project. This valuable insight has informed our approach to the project.
User Journey Mapping & User Flow
Given the complexity and detail of the flow in this project, we created multiple user journeys and maps to ensure that each step in each individual process was captured. This approach was crucial to the final outcome, as it greatly contributed to its success.
UI Design Guideline
We have created a UI design guideline for this platform that will be incredibly useful for future enhancements and development. This guideline will ensure consistency across the project, even when different individuals are involved.

The most useful items are prominently displayed at the top, and the UI design is aligned with the client's global app.

How we make it?
After conducting 7 workshops, we gained a thorough understanding of the user flow and user journey of the Agent Assist Platform. We analyzed all possibilities and came up with a smooth flow and updated UI design that met the client's satisfaction.
Before
The layout and UI design are not consistent with the client's global app, and the button arrangement is not user-friendly enough.

Related Works
To ensure successful completion, we must begin with UX workshops and ideation sessions involving stakeholders and users, in addition to focusing on UI design. Ultimately, creating a UI design guideline will help us achieve our goals.
